After Hattie and Tom had some trouble with the design and style of the animation assets me and Oscar thought it would be helpful to throw a few moodboards together for them, to give them an idea of what we wanted for the animation. Oscar created one for the background which can be found on his blog
here, and i worked on one for the people, and for the fish.
These were the images i got together to show Tom, we felt that any of these fish worked very well, and as Oscar had previously mentioned to Hattie, we wanted to do a bit more with texture, so i tried to include some more textural fish too.
As for the people i tried to find people that were a lot less textured and a little more geometric.
